Description

• Design, build, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure, platforms, and services • Automate deployment and orchestration processes using tools such as Terraform, Crossplane, and Kubernetes • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery • Ensure security best practices are followed and implement measures to protect data and systems • Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and make recommendations for adoption • Provide support for technical issues and contribute to the resolution of complex problems • Monitor system performance and respond to incidents, ensuring high availability and reliability • Perform capacity planning and scale infrastructure as needed to support business growth • Document system architecture, configurations, and processes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Platform Engineer or in a similar role • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS • Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform and Kubernetes • Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes • Solid scripting and automation skills using languages like Python or Bash • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools for cloud infrastructure • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong communication and teamwork skills Nice to have: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) • Experience with the Crossplane tool • Experience with Programming Skills (Golang or Rust) • Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus • Contributions to Kubernetes Communities is a plus
