📋 Description

• Engage critically with decorating partners • Document action items and ensure follow-up • Record and convey feedback • Monitor production timelines • Communicate delays and issues to relevant stakeholders • Liaise with customers regarding order status and issues • Update the Customer Success team on order progress • Resolve operational roadblocks • Address sourcing issues and communicate with customers as needed • Resolve shipment issues and provide necessary documentation • Monitor transit times and report delays or lost shipments • Troubleshoot art file issues to keep production on track • Manage expedited orders • Manage high-touch orders end to end across sourcing, production, and logistics • Keep all relevant parties updated on order status

🎯 Requirements

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • High attention to detail in documentation, production tracking, and order management • Proactive problem-solving ability • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment • 1–3 years of experience in promotional products, customer service, marketing, e-commerce, or related operations roles • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within U.S. operating hours • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Gmail, Docs) • Familiarity with CRM platforms and promotional industry software such as Sage, ESP, commonsku, or Syncore preferred • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva is an advantage • Strong multitasking, organizational, and project coordination skills • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
