📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of our Power BI ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with NetSuite via optimized saved searches and SQL-based connectors. • Build and manage automated data pipelines that consolidate information from our existing and / or new field operations platforms existing. • Maintain distinct dashboard "instances" (Commercial, Operational, and Financial) with tailored Row-Level Security (RLS) for various teams (executives, brand operations, sales teams, etc..). • Develop weekly tracking for our branches, focusing on Revenue, Labor, Material, Overhead, and Gross Profit (GP). • Create real-time visibility into A/R Aging and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by branch to accelerate the cash conversion cycle. • Deploy models to provide accurate revenue and bookings forecasting against budget. • Lead the organization in identifying and deploying AI solutions and automated workflows (via API integrations or scripting) to eliminate manual administrative bottlenecks. • Act as a strategic partner to the CFO and Senior Leadership Team, translating complex datasets into the "Story Behind the Numbers" for monthly MD&A and Board reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Data Science, or a related field • 1–2 years of experience in reporting analyst, data analyst, or any related field • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel is required • Experience with NetSuite is preferred • Strong background in data modeling and an understanding of financial statements • Ability to bridge the gap between technical data engineering and executive-level business strategy
