📋 Description

• Provide customers with information on product pricing, features, and availability • Create proposals, quotes, and opportunities • Create presentation formats and compile data for sales presentations • Document order-related activities in various systems • Follow up with suppliers on orders • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound emails • Provide general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors • Perform ad hoc related tasks • Handle backend project management while working with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and account managers • Help the assigned sales executive develop long-term client relationships and provide promotional product solutions

🎯 Requirements

• A highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong customer service orientation • Ability to prioritize, multitask, be flexible, and meet deadlines • Excellent problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field • 1–2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role experience • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal • Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial • Comfortable with social media marketing • Familiarity with promotional industry-specific software such as Sage, ESP, CommonSku, and Syncore
