📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers using an automated dialing system • Cold call and generate leads by identifying and qualifying potential clients • Set appointments and follow up with prospects throughout the sales process • Sell staffing direct-hire and staff augmentation services • Maintain accurate CRM and database records • Address customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat, and provide product and service assistance • Stay informed about industry trends and insights • Follow scripts, company policies, and outbound-call regulations • Meet or exceed call, sales, and revenue targets while maintaining customer satisfaction • Build professional connections through networking events, associations, and social media • Participate in training to improve product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or call center roles targeting US companies • Excellent spoken and written English proficiency • Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous • Tenacious, goal-oriented sales attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally • Strong customer service, relationship-building, verbal communication, and active listening skills • Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable using automated dialing systems, CRM software, and communication tools • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Patience and ability to perform under pressure while meeting deadlines and sales targets • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience managing junior sales teammates is a plus
