📋 Description

• Manage warm leads through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to conversion • Build rapport with prospects and understand their needs • Upsell and cross-sell to maximize each interaction • Maintain clean CRM data and prevent opportunities from being missed • Complete sales training and master product scripts • Meet daily call-volume targets • Consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion targets • Participate in recruiter screening, mock call/roleplay interviews, and discussions with the future leader • Help drive revenue growth for HelpGrid’s eCommerce health and wellness brand clients • Support abandoned cart recovery, post-sale engagement, and customer support initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales experience in BPO/Call Center environments, preferably supporting U.S. campaigns • Experience in Telecom, E-commerce, SaaS, or similar high-volume sales environments preferred • Strong objection-handling ability • Comfortable navigating CRMs and multiple tools • Excellent verbal English skills and ability to adapt to different personas • Reliable home office setup • Computer with at least an i5 processor or equivalent • At least 8GB RAM • Stable, high-speed internet connection • Competitive but coachable • Self-motivated and disciplined • Energized by targets and incentives • Positive under pressure • Motivated to grow a book of business and increase earnings through performance
