📋 Description

• Partner with pros on the Thumbtack platform by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions • Maintain strong knowledge of Thumbtack products and services and relevant home maintenance, repair, and service-industry best practices • Complete at least 50 outbound interactions per day with pros using calls and other tools, including AI • Build rapport, anticipate needs, and understand long-term business goals • Conduct comprehensive profile reviews covering response time, reviews, profile pictures, quick replies, product recommendations, and competitive budgets • Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional products or services • Listen to concerns, probe consultatively, and provide recommendations • Set expectations regarding lead costs, marketing, and ROI • Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries while de-escalating issues and maintaining relationships • Follow up proactively via call, SMS, and/or email • Maintain performance metrics including revenue attainment, quality adherence, efficiency, pro satisfaction, and net promoter scores • Identify improvement opportunities that drive revenue and communicate trends to appropriate parties • Make independent decisions balancing pro and company needs • Participate in weekly development sessions, training, and support interactions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of B2B selling and/or success experience • Minimum of 6 months of outbound calling or collections exposure, preferably in the BPO or Shared Services industry • Customer retention, churn, onboarding and reactivation experience • Proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas • Proficiency in English • Collaborative, consultative and problem-solving mindset • Experience in pipeline management • Experience in customer support and product education • Marketing or advertising sales experience • Salesforce experience • AI experience • Google Suite experience • B2B sales experience, preferably in the home service space • Tech-savvy • Must currently reside anywhere in the Philippines and be authorized to work there • Availability for night shifts, rotating schedules, and occasional holiday work following US business hours • Required internet speed test submission
