Description

• Ownership of release processes and automation for Delphix software products • Lead business-critical activities • Coordinate across the organization • Define release engineering best practices • Contribute to product build • Implement repository branching strategy • Produce product release artifacts • Monitor the health of automation processes

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or related field • 6+ years of experience in software automation, with release engineering experience • Good written and oral communication skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative attitude • Experience with CI tools - Jenkins • Working experience with Github • Expert understanding of Git and various branching and releasing strategies • Working experience with artifact repository technologies • Experience with a scripting language (Python, Groovy, shell scripting) • Experience working with a Global team • Working knowledge of one or more cloud technologies • Proficiency with debugging issues related to automation failures • Nice to have: Experience with Build Tools, GitHub Actions, DevOps and CI/CD Infrastructure, Terraform and Ansible, familiarity with container technologies, understanding of infrastructure-as-code and infrastructure management tooling
