• Define and execute solution strategies aligned to Delta’s Telecom and Data Center Infrastructure growth objectives, supporting evolving AI-driven and next-generation network environments • Develop and maintain product and solutions roadmaps supporting AI-RAN, Open RAN, Edge Computing, modular data centers, cooling systems, UPS infrastructure, and critical power solutions • Monitor industry trends, operator deployment models, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to support strategic investment, portfolio direction, and market expansion initiatives • Support development of end-to-end Telecom and Data Center Infrastructure solutions across cell sites, central offices, aggregation hubs, modular data centers, and critical infrastructure environments • Collaborate with engineering and global development teams to develop scalable, carrier-grade infrastructure solutions supporting compute platforms, UPS systems, battery technologies, thermal/cooling systems, and remote monitoring solutions • Translate customer and operator requirements into high-availability infrastructure solutions while ensuring alignment with Telecom and Data Center standards including NEBS, ETSI, IEC, and Tier requirements • Engage directly with Tier-1 Telecom Operators including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, along with Cable Operators and strategic Data Center customers to identify market opportunities and solution requirements • Support go-to-market strategy, technical solution positioning, customer-facing presentations, business development activities, and infrastructure growth initiatives across Telecom and Data Center environments • Manage solution lifecycle activities from concept and development through launch, roadmap enhancement, and portfolio optimization across Telecom and Data Center infrastructure offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Business Development, or Infrastructure Solutions roles • Direct experience supporting Data Center Infrastructure environments including modular data centers, cooling systems, UPS systems, critical power infrastructure, or related technologies • Basic understanding of Telecom Infrastructure, Telecom Power, mobile network, or cable operator environments • Strong customer engagement, relationship management, and business development experience • Experience supporting technical solution positioning, customer-facing engagements, and go-to-market activities • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Results-oriented self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
