📋 Description

• Own a clear, well-prioritized Product Backlog • Prepare and facilitate grooming sessions, Sprint Planning, and Reviews • Translate product ideas, stakeholder requirements, and user feedback into clear User Stories with precise acceptance criteria • Work closely with the Product Lead to set priorities, evaluate trade-offs, and advance the product roadmap • Support the Product Lead in refining requirements based on user feedback, support requests, and data analysis • Serve as the central liaison between the Product Lead, stakeholders, Development, Design, and Quality Assurance • Monitor Sprint progress, identify impediments early, and keep the team focused on key priorities • Actively contribute to the agile team and help shape product development

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role, such as Product Manager or Business Analyst with Product Owner responsibilities • Experience developing and managing AI-powered products • Strong understanding of how AI can be meaningfully integrated into products • Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum • Hands-on experience with Backlog Management, refinement, Sprint Planning, and writing User Stories • Ability to formulate complex requirements clearly and understandably and create precise acceptance criteria • Confident communication with diverse stakeholders and the ability to effectively bridge Business, Design, and Development • Structured, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work • Experience with Jira or comparable Backlog and collaboration tools • Ability to make data-driven decisions • Fluency in spoken and written German and English; both are essential for this position • Good technical understanding of APIs, microservices, and web platforms • A development background is a plus • Experience in dentistry, healthcare, or medical technology is an advantage but not required
