• Nurture long-term client relationships that deliver mutual value • Manage complex digital engagements and lead teams to create strategic solutions • Contribute to the strategic direction of our client relationship by identifying client needs or pain points and the solutions that address them, bringing innovation to the forefront • Use your experience to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration, being a trusted advisor to clients • Develop stories through use of carefully narrated presentations to manage and align executive communications • Provide leadership of strategic planning efforts, advisory/strategy consulting engagements, and “accountability” for the quality and growth of ongoing client work
• Bachelor's degree • Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant digital experience disciplines • Proven experience in client management roles, with experience driving client retention and business growth • Experience managing, and developing a team of who are responsible for the day-to-day execution of client programs; • Able to work collaboratively across cross functional teams and geographic locations • Experience managing the financial aspects of a book of business including forecasting revenue, costs, profit margins, invoicing, reporting financials to company executives, etc.
