📋 Description

• Execute the Discovery process to design products for upcoming sprints • Work closely with clients and Derevo’s multidisciplinary specialists • Lead and negotiate with the team during the Discovery phase • Empathize with clients and deeply understand their problems and technological challenges • Generate ideas and define the product vision collaboratively • Apply user research techniques, Design Thinking, and Design Sprint methodologies • Deliver the strongest possible value proposition and exceed client expectations • Define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the initial backlog • Build trust and knowledge with clients, users, and development teams • Support future negotiations and provide advisory guidance during project execution

🎯 Requirements

• Licenciatura en informática, ingeniería, matemáticas, ciencias o afín • Inglés nivel C1 - Indispensable • 5 años de experiencia en Data Analytics y/o Desarrollo de software • Background técnico • 2 años de experiencia en algún rol afín a Product Management o Desarrollo de Productos • Experiencia definiendo el Storytelling de Dashboards de analítica • Conocimientos básicos de procesos de negocios comerciales, financieros, de producción, gastos, etc. • Dominio avanzado de plataformas de BI como PBI, Qlik o Tableau • Conocimientos solidos en Diseño de Modelos de Datos • Conocimientos solidos en metodologías Agiles y experiencia trabajando con SCRUM • Capacidad para dirigir y colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios • Dominio para dirigir juntas y capacidades de negociación con clientes
