📋 Description

• Make high-volume cold calls to introduce Dev.Pro’s Outstaff/Staff augmentation services and value propositions • Identify and qualify leads to build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential opportunities • Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and challenges • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow up on potential leads • Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and prospect information • Meet or exceed monthly call quotas and lead generation targets • Continuously refine outreach strategies based on feedback and performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role focused on cold calling • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills • Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections, handling rejections, and fostering long-term opportunities • Ability to quickly learn and clearly communicate Dev.Pro’s Outstaff services • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms • Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset • Upper-Intermediate+ English level • Native proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese • Experience in IT outsourcing, software development, or B2B tech sales (Desirable) • Familiarity with lead generation tools and automation platforms (Desirable)
