Description

• In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and enhancing functionality across five applications. Your input will be crucial for maintaining current features and creating new ones. • Gather, analyze, and document software requirements • Manage team backlog and prioritize tasks • Collaborate with the Product Manager to define the product roadmap and break it down to the team's schedule based on business goals • Work closely with stakeholders and the Product Manager to ensure alignment and clear communication with the team • Facilitate issue resolution within the team • Maintain project progress documentation • Perform backlog refinement sessions and estimation sessions

Requirements

• 4+ years of BA experience, proficiency in BA methodology and tools • Strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, ability to simplify complex concepts • Excellent communication for team, stakeholder, and client collaboration • Effective backlog management and task prioritization skills, knowledge of prioritization techniques • Strategic planning and roadmap development skills • Proficiency in Scrum methodologies and story point estimation • Experience working with international and multidisciplinary teams • Upper-Intermediate English level • Proactivity, autonomy, and strong decision-making abilities Desirable: • Technical background • Fintech domain experience and payment systems knowledge • Experience working with support teams/teams that handle 2+ apps simultaneously • Experience in SAFe framework
