Requirements

• Proven experience in the IT services field with account management in outsourcing/outstaffing projects involving the development of motivational and bonus systems • English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher • Higher education (preferably technical or economic) • Excellent communication skills with clients and the ability to transform client needs into proposals • Proactive approach to problem-solving • Ability to report and plan work • Active participation in the development of new products and services
