• At least 2+ years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Appointment Setter, or Lead Research Specialist • Good English communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions • At least 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, prospect research, and data mining, including identifying senior decision-makers (CEO, Managing Director, HR Director, Operations Director, Commercial Director, Business Owner). • Software/Platforms: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, LinkedIn, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms • At least 2+ years of experience managing outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including list segmentation, campaign monitoring, and follow-up. • Software/Platforms: Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake, LinkedIn, CRM platforms • At least 2+ years of experience using CRM systems to manage prospect databases, document interactions, track pipelines, and maintain accurate sales records. • Software/Platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM • At least 2+ years of experience conducting telephone prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting with senior decision-makers in a B2B environment. • Software/Platforms: CRM platforms, VoIP/Business Telephony systems • At least 1+ year of experience using AI productivity and sales enablement tools to improve research and outreach efficiency. • Software/Platforms: ChatGPT, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
