Description

• Serve as a ServiceNow developer on a cross-functional development team • Working on an agile team implementing core ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Knowledge and Change • Supporting the implementation of the CMDB • Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each • Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards • Support the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with the development of user stories • Perform testing • Supporting the assessment of current state service desk processes and mapping them (gap analysis) to the ServiceNow out-of-the-box (OOB) ITSM processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, with 5+ years of relevant experience • 3 or more years of development experience using the ServiceNow platform • Ability to conduct administration and configuration tasks on the SNOW platform with a focus on the ITSM component • Experience with use of Agile methodologies for software development • In depth knowledge of development on the ServiceNow Platform • Knowledge of ServiceNow development and configuration best practices • Excellent communications skills • Excellent teamwork skills
