📋 Description

• Own & manage client relationships, serving as primary point of contact for campaign strategy and execution. • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide clients with regular, insightful reporting and strategic recommendations. • Champion best practices across account management and contribute to process improvements and internal workflow optimization. • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from kickoff through delivery. • Coordinate cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery; own production timelines across all workstreams). • Ensure deliverables are on time, on budget, and on brief. • Proactively identify risks in campaigns and implement mitigation strategies. • Identify upsell and growth opportunities. • Own campaign budgets and track spend vs. forecast. • Brief & negotiate with external production partners and manage campaign budgets. • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and client business challenges to provide strategic counsel.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of account management experience at a creative agency, media company, or brand. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority and complex projects simultaneously. • Experience with experiential marketing and live event coordination. • Strong understanding of gaming culture, esports, and digital content trends. • Experience negotiating contracts and managing substantial campaign budgets. • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Must be UK-based for remote working (flexibility for occasional travel).
