📋 Description

• Support municipal DMS projects through to successful completion in a collaborative partnership • Systematically gather and analyze customer requirements, both functional and technical • Configure and migrate the komXwork DMS solution • Conduct training sessions and workshops for users and project stakeholders • Support testing and go-live activities • Ensure the sustainable continuity of ongoing operations • Analyze challenges and contribute to the further development of existing standards

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the public sector, municipal environment, or an IT systems company • Practical experience working with SQL databases and PowerShell • Experience with Microsoft server environments is preferred • Experience installing, implementing, or using DMS and ECM systems, as well as electronic file systems, is a significant advantage • Solution-oriented and structured approach, with the confidence to ask challenging questions and the determination to see things through • Approachable and personable manner • Fluent written and spoken German • Class B driver's license • Residence in Bavaria
