📋 Description

• Partner with customers to successfully deliver DMS projects in the municipal sector • Systematically capture and analyze business and technical customer requirements • Configure and migrate the komXwork DMS solution • Conduct targeted training sessions and workshops for users and project stakeholders • Support testing and go-live activities • Ensure the long-term stability and reliability of ongoing operations • Analyze challenges and contribute to the further development of existing standards

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the public sector, municipal environment, or at an IT systems integrator • Hands-on experience with SQL databases and PowerShell • Experience with Microsoft server environments is a plus • Experience installing, implementing, or using DMS and ECM systems, as well as electronic records systems, is an advantage • Solution-oriented and structured approach, with the confidence to challenge existing practices and the determination to see things through • Approachable and personable demeanor • Fluent German, both written and spoken • Category B driver's license
