• trusted sparring partner for management on salary and contract decisions • strategic people topics • primary point of contact for all people-related matters • own the entire people journey from active search and recruiting through onboarding to talent development • prioritize candidate and employee experience • develop and implement employer branding measures • organize team events and initiatives • proactively propose and implement own ideas

🎯 Requirements

• at least 2–3 years of professional experience in operational people work, ideally as a generalist or recruiter in a consultancy or startup • willingness to take responsibility • ability to work independently • curiosity and willingness to take on new topics • approachability, reliability, and proactivity • careful and conscientious work style • German at C1 level and fluent English, both written and spoken
