📋 Description

• Understand customer business and application requirements; provide pre-sales technical and design support with prospective customers and partners over the phone, via email, and in person • Design and develop proof-of-concept applications to demonstrate product capabilities • Build and deploy containerised applications on Digi devices • Act as liaison between the Sales Team and Engineering, Technical Support, Product Marketing, and Product Management • Provide customer training programmes and technical sales presentations as required • Set up, test, and replicate customer hardware, software, networking, and application issues in a lab environment • Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with customer and partner contacts • Assist in driving revenue across both Business Units

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline, or 4–6 years of equivalent relevant experience • Solid, hands-on Linux skills • Strong knowledge of networking LAN/WAN principles, topologies, and protocols • Practical experience with cellular connectivity (4G LTE and 5G) • Familiarity with serial protocols (RS-232/485, Modbus or similar) • Experience developing or scripting applications — Python, shell scripting, or similar • Understanding of containerisation technologies (Docker, LXC, or equivalent) • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and German • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across the EMEA region.
