📋 Description
• Support healthcare professionals by phone with software-related questions • Handle incoming requests and make proactive outbound calls when needed • Train users by phone on how to use the services • Process email requests quickly and efficiently • Advise clients and answer questions about the product • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in French • Strong communication and customer service skills • Comfortable providing support by phone and email • Ability to explain software/product information clearly • Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset • Must live within 50 km of the Braga office • Must have the legal right to work in Portugal
🏖️ Benefits
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day • Performance Bonus: up to €140/month × 12 months • Complexity Bonus: €25/month × 11 months
