📋 Description

• Développement commercial (Inbound & Outbound) • Qualifier et convertir les leads entrants issus des actions marketing • Identifier les besoins des prospects et proposer des solutions adaptées en valorisant notre offre et nos différenciants • Gérer le cycle de vente de bout en bout, du premier contact à l’accompagnement des premiers mois clients • Remonter les retours terrain afin de contribuer à l’amélioration continue des discours commerciaux et des process internes • Développer une activité de prospection outbound sur votre périmètre géographique • Réaliser des rendez-vous prospects sur le terrain et assurer une présence active auprès des interlocuteurs • Suivre et analyser les indicateurs clés de performance (taux de conversion, durée du cycle de vente, chiffre d’affaires généré) • Assurer un reporting régulier de votre activité commerciale dans notre CRM

🎯 Requirements

• Formation Bac+2/3 minimum en commerce, gestion ou ingénierie (école de commerce, école d’ingénieur, université) • Maîtrise des techniques de négociation, excellente capacité d’écoute et force de persuasion • Capacité à construire et faire évoluer des bases de données commerciales (Excel, CRM, outils d’automatisation) • Connaissance ou appétence pour les outils de prospection digitale (LinkedIn, email, CRM, séquenceurs) • Autonomie, rigueur, dynamisme et réactivité • La maîtrise d’un CRM (Hubspot) est un vrai plus
