• Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies to achieve business objectives. • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video ads. • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights. • Implement and manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential customers. • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to align paid search strategies with overall marketing goals. • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure campaign success. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid search marketing. • Manage budgets, forecast spending, and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and on time. • Optimize landing pages and user experience to improve conversion rates. • Work with designers and developers to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in paid search marketing, with a focus on Google Ads. • Proven track record of managing successful eCommerce paid search campaigns. • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools. • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing platforms. • Excellent understanding of keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Google Ads certification is a plus.
