• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) market or coaching industry. • Lead cross-functional marketing teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business goals. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights that inform marketing strategy and campaign development. • Oversee the development of creative assets, messaging, and content that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement and conversion. • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track performance metrics to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI) and budget efficiency. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product, sales, and customer support to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and customer needs. • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to support their growth and success.


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus. • Proven experience in marketing management, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies and tactics. • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to push boundaries and explore new ideas. • Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives. • Experience in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) market or coaching industry is preferred.
