• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals within your assigned territory. • Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with company objectives. • Generate and qualify leads through networking, industry events, and direct outreach. • Conduct site surveys and provide comprehensive reports and recommendations. • Deliver dynamic presentations and product demonstrations to end users, integrators, engineers, and distributors. • Maintain detailed customer interactions and pipeline updates using Salesforce or other CRM platforms. • Represent DITEK at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience in outside or technical sales, preferably in the electrical or security industry. • Proven success managing a sales territory and driving revenue growth. • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills at all levels. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems quickly. • Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce preferred. • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
