Description

• Responsible for Compliance and Regulatory matters • Main point of contact for compliance queries • Provide detailed reporting to the Global Head of Compliance & Risk • Maintain formal governance of regulatory risk • Develop and implement compliance monitoring program • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies • Ensure compliance with the AML/CFT Framework • Conduct ongoing training on compliance regulations

Requirements

• PCF level experience in Compliance/MLRO/ Risk Management • 8+ years of professional experience • Strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements • Member of the Association of Compliance Officers Ireland is desirable • Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams • Strong commercial judgment, eye for detail, and problem-solving ability • Solid communication skills in English
