Description

• Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for the Core Services - Finance / Treasury team • Launch a new solution for cross border exchange / transfer operations, allowing for transactional traceability across 40+ countries • Work closely with the Finance Product Team initiatives, including the launch and rollout of an SAP integration and safeguarding initiatives • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, internal teams, and external partners • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to build and maintain innovative, scalable, and user-friendly financial systems • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats to inform product strategy and roadmaps • Continuously identify areas of improvement and optimize the performance of financial systems through data-driven decision making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in payments, finance, treasury, or accounting domains • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and treasury functions • Ability to analyze complex business processes and develop scalable automation solutions • Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive insights to make data-driven decisions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • English required, knowledge of Spanish is a plus • Proven track record of developing and launching successful products • Proven ability to find opportunities for improvements in business processes and drive the delivery of innovative solutions • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
