📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a small team of HCM analysts/developers • Own delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud projects, enhancements, and production support • Manage configuration, development, and integration workstreams • Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities • Partner with HR, IT, and Finance leadership on strategic system initiatives • Gather and analyze HR business requirements • Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules • Translate business processes into scalable system solutions • Lead requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and UAT cycles • Design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, data interfaces, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI dashboards • Design and build Oracle HCM integrations using OIC and REST/SOAP APIs • Develop and execute data loads using HDL, spreadsheet loaders, and data conversion tools • Lead data migration strategies • Lead code/configuration design, unit testing, SIT, UAT support, deployment, and release management • Assist with quarterly Oracle Cloud updates through impact analysis, regression testing, and fixes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud • 5+ years in a techno-functional or development-heavy role • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules • Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas • Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts and HDL • Hands-on experience with BI Publisher and OTBI • Hands-on experience with integrations using OIC and APIs • Experience leading projects and technical teams
