📋 Description

• Lead and manage Oracle ERP Cloud implementations, upgrades, and support • Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders to gather and translate requirements • Oversee ERP configuration, customization, and integrations • Manage and mentor functional and technical consultants • Drive process improvements and system optimization • Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance • Resolve issues, troubleshoot, and deliver continuous enhancements • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication • Support financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 5–8 years of experience supporting Oracle ERP solutions • 2–4 years of experience leading ERP projects or managing teams • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules including Financials, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Billing, and Enterprise Contracts • Experience with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes • Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects • Exposure to data migration, automation, and digital transformation initiatives • Oracle ERP Cloud certifications are a plus • HCM experience is an added advantage • Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • Basic understanding of SQL, integrations, and APIs
