📋 Description

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Operations • Configure and support Oracle ERP Cloud modules based on business needs • Perform system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support • Develop and maintain reports and data extracts using SQL and Oracle tools • Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and system enhancements • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and customizations • Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance • Participate in UAT and system validation • Provide documentation, training, and support to end users

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Oracle ERP Finance modules, including GL, AP, and AR; Finance expertise is mandatory • Experience with Oracle ERP Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Billing modules • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and SQL; both are mandatory • Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation or upgrade projects • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field • 3–6 years of Oracle ERP functional experience • Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP modules in areas including AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Expense Management, and Procurement • Strong understanding of business processes and ERP concepts • Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional documentation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
