• Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement within Customer Success (CSM); • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives; • Collect customer feedback and work with internal teams to drive product improvements; • Create upsell and cross-sell strategies to drive business growth; • Provide tailored training to customers on the solutions offered; • Implement and monitor processes to ensure effective adoption of services; • Maintain trusted relationships with customers and act as their primary point of contact; • Participate in defining Customer Success strategies; • Conduct churn analyses and develop retention plans; • Troubleshoot issues and proactively respond to customer inquiries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools; • Data analysis skills and the ability to interpret metrics; • Proficiency in presentations and product demonstrations; • Experience managing client portfolios at the High/Enterprise level; • Proven relationship-building skills; • Experience working with commercial/sales teams.
