📋 Description

• Be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries from clinics and healthcare facilities • Qualify prospects based on their needs and circumstances • Prepare qualified leads in a structured way for Sales Managers • Schedule product demo appointments and seamlessly hand leads over to the sales team • Maintain contact and activity records in the HubSpot CRM • Work closely with marketing and incorporate customer feedback into ongoing campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Communicative, friendly, and enjoy phone and written interactions with customers • Structured and reliable working style • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense for the needs of others • Fluent German at native level • Initial experience in customer service, inside sales, or a comparable role is an advantage
