• Develop and implement a comprehensive customer marketing strategy to ensure consistent and relevant messaging across various channels • Utilize customer data to segment the customer base and develop tailored communication strategies • Oversee the creation of engaging content, including emails, newsletters, social media posts, and customer testimonials, to effectively inform and engage customers • Implement integrated communication approaches across email, social media, content marketing, and other relevant channels to efficiently reach customers • Bring our customers' stories to life by defining and owning the process and delivery of capturing customer success stories, ranging from writing case studies to coordinating customer testimonial videos, all to showcase customer success and promote advocacy • Work closely with the Customer Success team to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer advocacy and loyalty • Establish a strong partnership with the Product team to gain insights into customer usage, preferences, and challenges • Share these findings to facilitate continuous improvement of the platform and tools, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive satisfaction
• 2+ years in Customer Marketing and/or Customer Advocacy, with a strong preference for SaaS and B2B experience • Proficiency in Salesforce is highly desired • Proven ability to create compelling customer success stories and marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and advocacy • Skilled in effectively communicating product features and benefits to customers, ensuring easy understanding • Ability to see beyond day-to-day activities, contributing to marketing and sales goals, strengthening the brand, and improving customer experience • Passion for understanding and serving customers, with expertise in customer segmentation, targeting, and journey mapping • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive results • Must be a self-starter, able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
