📋 Description

• Support the sales team throughout the entire presales process • Provide technical and subject-matter advice to prospects and customers • Conduct customer-specific demos, workshops and presentations • Analyze customer processes and translate requirements into solution concepts • Independently perform initial configurations and customizations in the software • Work closely with Sales, Consulting and the Product Owner • Provide technical and domain expertise during tender/RFP processes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in a relevant field (e.g., consulting, project management, or customer support) • Initial experience in technical sales, presales or with software solutions is a plus • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and convey requirements • Enjoy interacting with customers • Confident presence and a consultative approach rather than cold calling • Quick grasp of technical concepts • Structured and solution-oriented working style • Business-fluent German; English is a plus • Prior knowledge in compliance, occupational safety or ESG is welcome
