Description

• Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the platform by identifying and fixing bugs. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting our agents, providing them with assistance whenever they need it. • Furthermore, you will actively contribute to enhancing our support admin platform by improving existing features. These enhancements are aimed at empowering our support agents to deliver an even higher level of service to our valued customers. • Your dedication and expertise in maintaining the platform will be instrumental in ensuring an exceptional user experience and reinforcing our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Ruby on Rails experience • Good experience with vanilla JavaScript • Write clean, maintainable CSS • Knowledge in SQL • Excellent communication skills, and the flexibility that is needed for working distributed team • Intermediate English writing and speaking skills • Ability to work independently and solve problems without direct orders • Humble enough to ask questions when stuck in a problem.
