• Proven track record of success in a startup environment or an agency • Build processes to scale recruiting • Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open positions • Think strategically to engage, attract, and close the best talent • Provide delightful candidate experience • Problem solver with the ability to work autonomously • Experience with full-cycle recruiting in a startup • Comfortable being the first recruiting hire to establish a system • Sourcing, scheduling interviews, candidate management, and decision-making on scaling

Requirements

• Self-starter who can navigate ambiguity • Proactive and does not require micromanagement • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting • Ability to strategically grow a startup recruiting system • Strong communicators • Strong decision-makers • Passionate about unlocking entrepreneurship globally • Experience coordinating interviews and candidate resources • Prior success in generating recruitment pipelines
