📋 Description

• Lead the design and execution of transformation initiatives • Own significant workstreams within a broader transformation roadmap • Diagnose structural inefficiencies and redesign processes • Implement scalable, AI-enabled solutions • Partner closely with COEs, People Business Partners, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams globally • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 6–9+ years of experience in process transformation, operations, or strategy • Experience operating as a strategic partner to senior leaders or acting in a program leadership capacity • Demonstrated ability to work in or design for AI-enabled environments • Proven track record of delivering measurable, large-scale improvements • Experience driving significant change management • Strong program and process logic • Track record of operating with a high degree of autonomy • Comfortable with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving environment • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define success metrics • Clear, compelling communicator
