• Analyze user data and behavior for growth opportunities • Set and track key user growth metrics and strategies • Collaborate with design and development teams for product optimizations • Research market trends and competitors for product enhancement • Plan and execute A/B tests, user surveys, and data analysis • Work closely with marketing team for user acquisition and conversions

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin for verbal communication preferred • Understanding of DoraHacks' business and products • Minimum 3 years experience in product management or related fields • Strong data-driven mindset with A/B testing experience • Excellent analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration • Deep understanding of user psychology and market behavior • Excellent English communication skills for global teamwork
