Description

• Conduct preliminary reviews and provide interpretations of legal documents, focusing on contracts, corporate governance, and compliance issues • Collaborate with external law firms and advisors across various jurisdictions to manage legal processes and disputes efficiently • Maintain and update company legal documents, ensuring a secure and accessible digital storage system • Conduct regular compliance audits and enforce company policies and regulations to ensure legal conformity • Actively participate in contract negotiations, assisting in drafting and reviewing key agreements to protect company interests • Draft and maintain user agreements for dorahacks.io, ensuring they comply with relevant laws and effectively address user interaction and data protection • Oversee the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of employment agreements and manage legal aspects of employee relations, including terminations and disputes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in law, preferably with a focus on corporate law, commercial law, or related fields • Licensed to practice law, preferably in the jurisdiction where the company operates • Minimum of 3-5 years of in-house legal experience in a technology company, or relevant experience in a law firm dealing with corporate clients • Proficiency in Mandarin and English for effective communication. Writing skills in Mandarin are not required but beneficial
