• Develop and manage accounts within the assigned territory by building strong relationships with retail buyers and key decision-makers. • Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding revenue goals through regular client visits, product presentations, and outreach. • Identify, qualify, and contact potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email, networking). • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to engage customers, understand their needs, and present our products. • Promote product lines through in-store meetings, direct market product proposals, and trade shows. • Provide market insights and customer feedback to internal teams to support product development and marketing efforts. • Communicate with Director of Sales and EVP by maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client feedback, order status, and unresolved customer issues. • Represent the brand professionally, acting as a trusted ambassador of Dorfman Milano at all customer-facing touchpoints. • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales leadership and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction. • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably outdoor and resort accessories. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with all levels of leadership, and external partners. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Self-motivated and results oriented. • Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
