Description

• Oversight of client cash application and accounts receivable, including ownership of associated collections processes • Prepare balance sheet accounts reconciliations to ensure account balances are accurate and complete • Processing biweekly payroll in ADP for 80 employees including reconciling payroll accounts and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner • Preparing month-end journal entries for all related processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance • Minimum of 3 years of experience in public or corporate accounting function • Strong understanding of US GAAP • Experience with an ERP (NetSuite preferred) • Proficient using Microsoft Office programs including Excel • Ability to effectively communicate in a remote environment • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to take responsibility for delivering quality work in a timely manner • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy
