📋 Description

• Support the Store Leader in daily Dyson store operations • Guide, coach, and engage the team on the shop floor • Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction • Support testing and implementation of new services, process improvements, and operational enhancements • Track and execute actions contributing to store performance • Share observations on stock, services, and operations with the Store Leader and relevant managers • Ensure Dyson customer experience and brand standards are implemented • Handle first-stage customer complaints and escalate when necessary • Foster personalized customer interactions and develop brand ambassadors • Collaborate on activities in the Retail Activations calendar • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and team development • Contribute to goal setting, performance tracking, feedback, and team culture • Lead daily floor operations and improve store performance metrics • Monitor results, identify trends, and support action planning • Implement local operational and visual strategies • Prepare the store during peak periods • Ensure compliance with operations, safety, cash handling, health and safety, and loss prevention standards • Protect confidential customer, team, and business information • Manage opening/closing procedures, stock accuracy, maintenance, and daily operational tasks • Work with the Store Leader to resolve operational and team performance issues

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of team management experience • Good level of English • Experience in management or supervisory roles within fast-paced, customer-focused retail environments • Proactive, energetic, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative • Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills • Availability to work weekends and peak trading periods • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and delivering operational excellence • Ability to manage ambiguity and make sound decisions under pressure • Strong ethical standards, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust
