📋 Description

• Identify and act on opportunities to increase sales and profits and improve customer experience • Propose, test, and implement new services or operational improvements • Take full responsibility for store performance and standards • Provide management with feedback and recommendations regarding stock and services • Address customer escalations and ensure resolution in line with brand values • Create personalized customer interactions with the team to build brand advocates • Recruit, coach, and develop managers and future store leaders • Set targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback • Lead on the sales floor and demonstrate excellent customer experience and execution • Drive store performance metrics and sustainable growth • Monitor results, identify trends, and take corrective action or make recommendations • Execute operational and merchandising strategies aligned with local HQ • Plan store readiness during peak trading periods • Uphold policies and standards for operations, security, cash handling, health and safety, and loss prevention • Protect confidential customer, team, and business information • Support store opening, closing, inventory accuracy, and maintenance tasks • Manage escalations and resolve operational or team-performance problems

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5–6 years of team management experience required • Advanced level of English • Solid retail management experience in high-performance, customer-facing environments in a relevant format • Proactive, resourceful, energetic, and outcome-focused • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills • Ability to work a schedule that may include weekends and holidays based on retail needs • Proven record of exceeding sales targets and achieving operational excellence • Ability to manage ambiguity and make sound judgments under pressure • Strong integrity, emotional intelligence, and ability to build trust
