📋 Description

• Build and configure Power Pages and Power Portals sites, including page design, forms, lists, web templates and site settings • Develop and maintain Liquid templates, JavaScript, CSS and HTML for responsive, accessible external-facing experiences • Configure Power Pages authentication and authorisation, including external identity providers, web roles, table permissions, page permissions and portal security • Implement portal navigation, content management structures and user journeys • Troubleshoot portal configuration, rendering, performance and security issues • Support portal upgrades, environment refreshes and ongoing maintenance • Build and configure model-driven apps, canvas apps, Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules and command bar customisations • Develop Power Automate flows for business processes, notifications and system integrations • Configure Dataverse security roles, forms, views and business logic • Apply ALM and solution management practices, including solution layering, managed and unmanaged solutions and environment promotion • Build and test integrations with third-party enterprise systems using APIs, custom connectors and Azure Integration Services • Implement API-based integration patterns, data exchange processes, error handling and monitoring • Support data migration activities including extraction, transformation, loading, mapping, validation and reconciliation • Conduct unit testing, functional testing and defect resolution • Participate in code reviews and peer reviews • Maintain build documentation, configuration notes, deployment steps and handover materials • Track tasks, provide status updates and flag risks or blockers • Support estimation, sprint planning and release activities • Collaborate with onshore solution architects, technical leads, functional consultants, offshore developers, testers, client stakeholders and teams across time zones • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers • Contribute reusable components, templates, accelerators and configuration patterns • Suggest improvements to build efficiency, code quality and delivery processes • Support technical governance, coding standards and deployment controls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 4 to 5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 or business application solutions • Strong hands-on experience building Power Pages or Power Portals solutions, including forms, lists, web templates, Liquid, JavaScript and CSS • Strong understanding of Power Pages security, authentication, external identity providers, web roles, table permissions, page permissions and portal architecture • Experience configuring model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules and security roles • Experience building Power Automate flows for business processes and integrations • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with third-party systems via APIs, custom connectors or Azure services • Understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform governance, environment management and ALM, including solution layering, managed/unmanaged solutions and environment promotion • Experience supporting data migration activities including mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation and cutover • Experience with Agile or Hybrid delivery methodologies and Azure DevOps practices • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Consulting or professional services experience is desirable • Nice to have: Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure integration or developer certifications; experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, generative AI, intelligent automation, mentoring and regulated environments
