📋 Description

• Commercial processing of EEG-related cases • Preparation of receipt confirmations, connection offers, and contracts • Advising customers on the application of the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG), connection requirements, contract drafting, and billing • Preparing statistics and informational materials • Handling special assignments • Contributing to smart energy grids and innovative energy solutions

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business or engineering (Master’s/Diploma) or an equivalent qualification • Knowledge of business administration • Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage • Confident use of standard PC applications and process-oriented IT systems • Knowledge and experience in the electricity industry and electricity-related contract work are an advantage • Career changers are welcome • Excellent negotiation skills • Strong teamwork and communication skills • Customer-focused approach • Sound decision-making skills • Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset
