📋 Description

• Build and execute customer plans to achieve business plan targets • Unlock market share growth in your assigned customer portfolio • Leverage insights to influence the customer category plans • Execute annual promotional plans and manage your trade spend budget • Launch new products flawlessly per Earth’s Own and retailer timeframes and guidelines • Identify and communicate store level opportunities to category managers and our retail coverage provider

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a CPG sales role, ideally in food/beverage category • 3+ years in a key account role in the food/beverage category • Experience working directly with Canada’s Largest Grocers • Experience in Natural/Organic categories • A relevant Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Business • Solid business development and sales background • Strong analytical nature, and familiarity with syndicated data and strategic data capabilities • Highly proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office • Fully fluent in English, ability to communicate in French would be an asset.
