📋 Description

• Co‑responsible for the availability, reliability and efficiency of the complex system architecture consisting of about 70 Hetzner servers • Maintain and automate the existing infrastructure based on Ubuntu, Percona MySQL Cluster, MinIO, Elasticsearch, Redis, NGINX, HAProxy, TiDB, ClickHouse and Kubernetes • Contribute ideas to optimize the infrastructure • Improve monitoring strategies and conduct comprehensive incident/root-cause analyses • Prevent recurring failures and ensure optimal system operations • Respond on occasion during night-time incidents to guarantee high system availability

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in one or more programming languages, e.g., Rust, Java, Go or TypeScript • Strong understanding of system automation and IT security • Practical experience with some of the following systems: MySQL, TiDB, Kubernetes, MinIO and Elasticsearch • Business‑fluent German • Good command of English • Strong analytical skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience contributing to open-source projects is a plus
