Description

• Lead the creation of clear and actionable product requirements and specifications • Manage projects from inception through launch • Build, evangelize, and execute a shared vision & strategy • Advocate for features supporting business strategy and vision • Perform market assessments and identify gaps • Understand user needs and translate into detailed product requirements • Drive product development with multiple teams • Define metrics to measure progress • Own, manage, and prioritize the backlog of features and bugs • Drive cross-org product efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or software engineering background required • 5+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent work experience • Required: carrier experience - US regional carriers and foreign post (Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post) • Bonus: Supply chain and/or logistics experience in SaaS • Experience defining vision and strategy for a technical product • Experience integrating customer feedback into product requirements • Experience presenting to leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling customer escalations • 3+ years of experience as a software developer or having developers as customers • Strong understanding of developer community and developer products/tools • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Get-stuff-done attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Influential communication skills
